On Transferring Your Site
Q: How
do I make sure that my site does not go down when I change
over to your service?
A: You
can upload and test your site with a temporary URL we assign to
you. Once you believe your site is in good shape make the
transition to your permanent web site by following these switch
over procedures:
1) Go to the website
where you purchased your domain name, login to that website
and change your DNS settings to:
ns1.dnsserver8.com
ns2.dnsserver8.com
2) Go to your Control
Panel click on the Add Domain Name icon and add
your domain name to the ROOT.

3) Please wait 24 to
72 hours for your domain name provider to make the name server
transition to us.
Q: How
do I get my emails ready before I switch over?
A: If
you need to create your emails before transfer your domain name
to us, go to http://207.182.248.240/cgi-bin/qmailadmin and
login :
Master Account : postmaster
Your Domain Name: abc.com (do
not add www in front)
Password : yourHostingPassword
(This is case sensitive)
NOTE: if this does not
work, you will have to contact support.
Q: What
if I do not have access to my current domain name to change
DNS?
A: Contact
and ask your registrar to change your DNS settings (changing your
name servers to the ones listed above). We are not able to
provide you with further assistance because we do not have control
over your domain name.
